Freshman Chem Engineer at UCI

<p>I recieved my classes for fall quarter as chemical engineer : </p>

<p>Chem 1A
Math 2A
Writing 39B</p>

<p>I want to take an additional class but I am not sure if I should take First Year Integrated Program ( takes care of 4 general ed requirements) or Physics 2 ( if I fail the upcoming physics placement test). </p>

<p>My advisor suggested that I drop mt english course in winter quarter in order to take physics but I dont want to be behind my general ed.</p>

<p>stick with this schedule. you want the first part of college life to be easy so you can socialize. if you dont make a good friend foundation early in the year youre possibly screwed for the rest of college (social-wise). ive seen this happen to people.</p>

<p>I would take Physics 2. You need it for the 7C series.</p>

<p>16 units first quarter wasn’t bad for me but I took like 5 aps senior year so it depends.</p>
