also,i was wondering if i should confirm housing for spring 2010 now or should i wait? </p>
<p>i'm also considering freshman connection and i was wondering if the apartment leases were 12 month contract or could i live only for fall semester and leave for the dorms without any hassle?</p>

<p>My research tell me that the sooner you send in your deposit, and housing deposit, the higher you are on the list for spring on campus living.
As far as apartments go, most are year round or 10 month leases. If you can find a semester sublet, you might be able to move off campus easily. The Towers seems to house alot of frosh connection students. They put you in 4 bdroom apts. with own room and bath. I hear it is pretty social. It is one mile from campus.</p>
