Freshman Course Load Question

Does retaking all the intro courses look bad on a college transcript when medical schools review it?

No. Almost every applicant will take gen chem and intro physics. Intro bio is the only class that premeds tend to opt out of. It's fairly normal to take intro classes in chem, bio, and physics.

Also, taking all of the general/intro courses allows you to adjust to a new way of testing. Gone are the days where you are tested after each chapter. Being able to adjust to a 3 test per semester format (give or take 1 at most colleges) with material 90% of which you have seen before makes the adjusting much easier.
