<p>I'm currently taking a first year course ME (mechanical engineering) 135. The textbook for this course is technical graphics and communication.The class focuses on hand-drawing missing views, lines and etc.
My question is: how do you guys find this class? I mean, I even have difficulty in trying to understand the textbook. I have no idea how to visualize a 3d picture from front, side and top view. Furthermore, I can not draw the missing view given the other two. I don't know if I'm having such trouble in this class due to my incapability or??
I have no idea how to follow the textbook, nor do I have the slightest idea on how this class should be learned.
Appreciate any insights and advice.</p>
<p>Request help from Prof and/or TAs. I am sure you are not the only one that has ever had trouble drawing a straight line, or visualizing in 3D.</p>
