I’m finishing up my freshman year and it looks like I’ll be getting an average of a 3.4…
I started off my last semester with only 13 credit hours, taking Biology as my only “difficult” class and a math course as well as a few elective classes. I ended up with a 3.48 because I didn’t really know how to study. This semester I buckled down for 18 credit hours, taking chemistry, biology 2, english, math, and a few more elective courses (which are technically required) and I may end up with a 3.411 or a high 3.3. Is this a death sentence? I know I could have done better if I had taken fewer courses and If I had managed my time better. I’m definitely going to only take 14-15 credit hours next semester, but I’m still really worried…
Oh, and thats with a C in chemistry
I’m assuming this is freshman year in college. That is a fine GPA for 1st year. It usually goes up because the courses change from survey to more interesting specific courses in your major and in areas you find interesting. It is a very good GPA.
Yeah, its for my freshman year of college. I’ve been freaking out, haha. Thanks for the reassurance.
