Freshman Grades

Are there any colleges that don't take into account freshman year grades? Without them, by gpa would be a 97, so I'm really hoping to find some schools that don't look at them too much or better yet, not at all. I'd prefer that those colleges be in New England or the mid-atlantic region, but thats not an absolute.

thanks, but any in new england?
