<p>South campus is now (meaning for Fall '09) only for SUNY ESF students and upperclassmen selecting to live in the apartments (like me). no more SU freshmen in skyhalls. there are some spots in Ernie Davis (the new one) reserved for freshmen, but the decision was made also to create unity among ESF students as well. it was uber-controversial, so you can probably find some info on it elsewhere online.</p>
