Freshman in College ACT

So... kind of unorthodox idea, but I'm curious.

I'm currently a freshman at the University of Cincinnati, with a couple thousand dollars in scholarship money. I got a 31 on my ACT and am sure that I could get a 32 or higher if I took it again. (My mom wouldn't let me take it again in high school). The reason I need a 32 is to get a full-ride at Ohio University. Is this a reasonable idea, or will the score not be considered since it was post-high school?

You will need to check OU’s website to be sure, but most test related merit dollars are for entering Freshman only.

What would I have to do to qualify as a “Freshman?” If I don’t transfer any of my credits over, does that make me a Freshman? Thanks for the reply, by the way.
