Freshman looking to transfer to a top B-School?

I'm currently a freshman at Arizona State University. I'm majoring in finance and mathematics at the WP Carey school of Business, and I am also in Barrett Honors College. I am extremely unhappy with the education offered at ASU, the professors are, in general, extremely unhelpful, and President Crow's vision of the "New American University" is nothing more than a clever way to mask how many students ASU is accepting for the sole purpose of making more money. Like many finance majors, I aspire to be an investment banker upon graduation, and I realize that there is little to no recruiting being done at ASU.

I've come to realize that I should probably transfer to a top B-School, but I'm not sure where to transfer, or if I even can transfer anywhere else. Assuming that money is not an issue, does anyone have advice on where I could transfer to?

HS Stats:
Private high school
3.3 UW GPA =\
5 AP Classes and the majority of the rest were honors
15/132 class rank
Graduated with honors
Numerous extra curriculars/leadership positions
2040 SAT (Can retake if necessary)

College Stats:
3.76 GPA
Member of Financial Management Association, participated in a national trading competition
Honors Student

As you can see, my high school GPA isn't ideal, and this is why I'm not sure if I'll be able to transfer after this year. In my defense, my school was extremely difficult, and I was still ranked quite highly in my class. Also, my high school did not weight GPA. Being a freshman, I haven't had much of an opportunity to get involved at ASU yet, although this semester I'm planning on joining another organization or two. Is it possible for me to transfer anywhere better? I would ideally want to transfer in for sophomore year, but if I have to spend another year at ASU, I would be willing to. If I did spend another year at ASU, I'm sure I would have a higher college GPA as well. While a 3.76 is very good, I was still adjusting to college life, and took 20 hours, which was probably too many.

I've been researching many schools, such as UVA, Chapel Hill, NYU, but it looks like I'm won't be competitive for most of these. Advice?

bump, I need to get an answer.
