I have been accepted to Berkeley (woot!) and am about 80% set on attending. I'm trying to plan out my summer vacation, but I can't seem to find the dates for mandatory orientations (or whatever they are called -__-). Can someone help me? Thanks!</p>

<p>Do parents come to orientation too?</p>
<p>They can - their choice. if the come to CalSO, they are immediately separated from you and almost totally on their own track of events. You might see them for 10 minutes over the entire day.</p>
