Freshman Orientation

I have just found out I was accepted by FSU and am beyond excited! I am now between two schools, but leaning towards FSU. In order to register for orientaion and see the dates it is offered, one must pay the admissions deposit, but I can't pay that until I am fully sure which school I am going to. Does anyone know what the dates are for orientation?

From [The Florida State University](http://nsfp.fsu.edu/dates.html)

Fall Semester

First-Year/Lower-Division Transfer Students
Orientation sessions take place in June. First-year/lower-division (less than 60 credit hours) transfer students attend a two-night/two-day session. To see available dates, log into the orientation registration system via this website after you have been accepted to Florida State University.

Maybe that helps? haha

The dates for Orientation vary, as it would be impossible to have Orientation for the over 6000 freshmen entering the University all at once, since it lasts 3 days.

The dates range though throughout a very large portion of summer, depending on your major and whether you are entering in the summer or fall semester.

I have a job as a camp counselor in New York from June 2nd-August 13th, which is when all the possible orientations I am qualified to go to are happening ): Guess I will be making some calls to see if I can work something out.

In the past there have been orientations held the week before fall classes began. Out of state and international students usually have no other option, so check for those dates.
