Freshman Registering for Cal Poly?

<p>Hey everyone,</p>

<p>So I just accepted all my financial aid and did all the loan counseling I needed to do, now what? Do I have to register something? When are my fees due? How does anything work after this? I’m so confused, it says registration opens 5/3/2013, I clicked it, but nothing happens besides leading my to the office of the registrar. It says the fees are past due 8/20/2013, but god damn what am I suppose to do? I did everything I possibly can on my to do list, housing and everything else is done. What do I need to do? Sorry for such a copious amount of questions, I just can’t think especially with my parents bugging me every two seconds about it. Feels like the portal is poorly designed as well, hard to navigate through it, but to each his own I guess.</p>

<p>Freshman schedules are given as a block schedule, which the university creates for you. Don’t worry about being late for registering. CP will know that you are receiving financial aid as well, so your dues will be taken directly from that. Also, once you register for SOAR, you will receive an email containing more information. </p>
