Also I haven’t tooken Regular or Honors/Gifted Biology before the AP

You should really take a bio class before AP bio. The College Board (who designs AP curriculum) says that a prerequisite for AP Bio is a prior bio course. You’re better off taking honors/gifted bio, then next year you can take ap if you really like bio.

I’m in AP Bio now as a sophomore who took Biology freshman year, and I can say that 3/4 of the class is failing even though they have taken a previous biology course. I would not take AP Biology as a freshman with no experience in biology.

For best odds of success in AP biology you should have biology and chemistry honors.
Apparently some high schools teach it as a sort of honors biology for freshmen and cover basics before they get into the actual AP content but I doubt it’s sufficient to pass the test. If you’re really ambitious, take biology online over the summer and chemistry honors freshman year, then take AP biology in 10th grade.

Which in my opinion, is needed to be successful in the AP course and on the exam, although there are always outliers. From another thread, you said:

So, if the school recommends not taking the class freshman year, and their success rate on the exams is less than stellar, why is this even still a question?

My junior year I want to take a lot of AP classes ,so I want to take the most I can Freshman and Sophmore year to train myself with the workload etc.

If you take an AP class that you aren’t able to handle then it’s not going to help in the long run. Doing better in less APs will be more beneficial then doing worse in more APs.

The “gateway to Ap” course - the course DESIGNED to help student understand the AP format, demands, and workload - is AP Human Geography.
Take that, along with Chemistry Honors (and Bio over the summer). That’ll be plenty rigorous already.
