<p>My college transcript has the courses that transferred from my old college to my new college, but not grades. Therefore, I must always send a transcript from each college I attended.</p>
<p>Send your current school transcript; it will likely be just as college_ruled says - showing courses but not grades from School #1. Some jobs will then ask for the other transcripts, but some will be happy with just the one from your current school.</p>
