<p>I was originally accepted into the University Of South Carolina for this last Fall and was granted the Woodrow-Wilson scholarship. I decided to attend a different university, but am now considering transferring back this spring. Because I'm still a freshman transfer, does this still qualify me for the Woodrow Wilson scholarship?</p>
<p>You really need to call admissions. I don’t think anyone here is going to be able to tell you anything with certainty.</p>
<p>I doubt you’d still be eligible. You would probably receive a smaller scholarship as transfers usually do receive less money than freshmen. I’d call admissions for certainty. </p>
