Freshman..taking physics 6a in spring??

Hey, I was wondering whether taking physics 6a in the spring is a good idea...Im afraid I might forget the material by fall for physics 6b...any suggestions?

also..woudl taking physics 6a and o chem in the same quarter be too much?

thanks!

physics 6a is mechanics, you don’t really need to know anything from 6a for 6b&6c, so taking 6a in the spring wouldn’t be a problem.

also physics 6a is easy, so taking it with ochem is very doable

What about O-chem (30A), Life Science 1, and Physics 6A? I’m having a tough time deciding whether or not I should take all three at once in the spring. I can’t take LS2 because it interferes with Chem30A. :)

hey 6A being easy is subjective, especially for people who took physics in high school, not everybody did.
6A is like calculus word problems entirely, nothing else. I dislike it.

there is no real calculus in 6A. only when deriving…

we dont even have deriving.
just plug and chug…

Has anyone taken or know someone who took physics 6A with Huang or Huffman?

I agree. I had physics in high school and i still think its hella hard. im just notta physics person.
