Freshman Transfer for Spring Semester with Withdrawn Credits?

Hi! I’m a college freshman in a quarter based art school, which ends November. I’m transferring in January for the spring semester to a state university, and I just applied/got accepted to universities with my HS transcript.
So the situation is I want to drop (Withdraw) two classes that I am currently failing for personal reasons even though the classes are almost over. I really can’t have these grades on my transcript, and both my teachers recommend it although my advisor hasn’t had time for a meeting (hence me desperately seeking advice.)
Does anyone know what it looks like for colleges to have two withdrawals when transferring?? All the places I am applying have a very high (70 percent or more) acceptance rate and two have already accepted me based off my HS transcript. I’m scared they won’t accept me based on the two withdrawals, although these two credits wouldn’t have transferred to where I applied.
Looking for advice and eternally grateful if you drop your thoughts!!

Unless it will do something horrible to your financial aid situation at the current college, drop the classes. A W is always better than an F.
