Freshman transition program

I remember reading about one school that had a fantastic freshman transition program and I'm pretty sure it was Williams. It paired upperclassmen with freshman and really helped them out. Only about 33% of the people who applied to help the freshmen were accepted into the program. Is that true? I'm wondering about this because I'm interested in Williams and I'm setting up a freshman transition program at my high school. I was hoping I could find out more about to so I could have someting to model the program after.

vaguy,
Are you referring to the Junior Advisor program? This is Williams version of resident advisors who live with the first years in the dorms. It is highly selective and highly successful.
