<p>I think u will have a good chance but your SAT's might hurt you.</p>
<p>I doubt the SAT will matter much but if it does you can always wait until next year when you don't even have to submit it.</p>
<p>I transferred to Carolina after being waitlisted and subsequently rejected when I applied out of high school. I went to NC State and had a first semester GPA of 3.4. I applied to Carolina and got in with no problem. If you are accepted, they will ask you to send in your second semster grades when they become available. I think you have nothing to worry about.</p>

<p>I just checked and was able to access it. Unfortunately I don't think this is specifically a good thing, I think anyone who filled out an application and is in the admission process can access it.</p>
