Hello everyone. How are you all today? Hope you are all well.
I’m really worried about my GPA because I am a student who likes to receive all As. I have a feeling I am going to sound very whiny and selfish, so I really apologize about that before I talk. However, in my first quarter of freshman year (this year), I accidentally missed the back of an English quiz, and it dropped my grade to a B. I was devastated because I am a humanities person, and I knew I had to keep a good grade up at least in my Social Studies and Language courses. I also got a B in Geometry in that quarter, which made me upset, however, my math tutor and I have been practicing a lot, and it’s now at an A-. English, thankfully, is going very well in second quarter with an A, and I learned a lesson to always check the back of every worksheet I get. The real problem, in my opinion, is Biology. I have a B in Biology right now when I had an A in first quarter, and I am worried because Science has always been my most difficult area in school. Is there any way I can prepare for Biology more, so I can improve?
Sorry for the long and possibly, rude questions.
Thanks for answering and have a good day!
P.S. I am aware someone on CC also posted something similar to this, so sorry about the repeat. I was just curious if the same things apply here.
