Freshman Year

I'm a freshman finishing my first week at nd, and i just have to say: this is the greatest university in the world. the school has really surpassed even the highest expectations i had for college. i just want prospies to realize what a special place notre dame really is

:) I am glad to hear you like it, especially since I told people like Shellzie that I would help them transfer out if they didn't like it! All I can say is just wait, it gets better. Really! Football games are amazing, retreats are life changing, and you are part of a family that is worldwide and will stand by you for life. There is no place like Notre Dame.

Hey, I feel special now! I got mentioned! So far things have been going well, but I'm still trying to get over the shock of dorm life and having to ride my bike to my science classes (in Jordan). But it really is a great place and I am even looking forward to the football games a bit! (shocking, I know...)

Which dorm are you in shellzie? Im in keenan

I'm in Walsh

ahh, you are a wild woman then, right? How fitting :). If you ever see me at South pull me over and say hi! I am horrible at spotting people, but you may actually see me as I am kind of hard to miss, lol. Hope all is well.

Oh yes, I definitely am a W.I.L.D woman! (for "Wise In Life Decisions," lol, Sr. Janet made sure the parents all knew that) I'll keep an eye out for you, but I might be distracted by all that wonderful dining hall food! :)

I can understand that. South should be one of the wonders of the world!

Lol, I totally agree, I'm going to have to try really hard to avoid those freshman fifteen...

shellzie, I had no clue you were so close...I'm your neighbor over in Sorin!!
