Freshman Year

<p>On a scale from 1-10, how much do colleges like Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Stamford, etc. care about Freshman year? Because Freshman year, I fell behind on my work and only had B+'s in every class since I caught the flu quite a few times, which, quite frankly, sucked.</p>
