<p>Hey I was recently accepted to UMD and wanted to know what the best dorms for freshmen are and if you even get a choice. Thank you in advance.</p>

<p>check out that thread…most of the info probably still holds true. Freshmen don’t get much say, and sophomores and up usually have taken all the “good” places (i.e. a/c dorms) before the freshmen are assigned.</p>
