<p>there's no reason to think you can't get a 1100-1200 on the SAT with those freshman scores (or...1650-1800) which will be good enough for 90-95% of the colleges in the country.</p>
<p>mekrob... some VA schools have said they could fill their entire freshman class with students from northern va with no drop in quality. In state doesn't give you an auto acceptance.</p>
