<p>Does anyone have the dates for FOOT (I think that is what it is called)? What is the program like? Thanks!</p>

<p>I would just say that if you are not very athletic/in shape, take one of the easier ones. My daughter is a slender (i.e. not overweight or anything) but unathletic kid. She did one of the “middle-difficult” ones, and she struggled a bit (though the leaders were very nice and kind to her).</p>
<p>Be aware that FOOT may be different from your other camping experiences. No tents, for example.</p>
