I'm currently thinking about taking the following courses:
1. B53 MGT 100 (3.0 units)
2. B53 MGT 150A (1.5 units)
3. L24 Math 233 (3.0 units)
4. L38 Span 307D (3.0 units)
5. L59 WRIT 100 (3.0 units)

These are a total of 13.5 units, and I have no idea whether this is enough or whether I need to take maybe just one more course. I'm already worried about Calculus III since it's been awhile since I took calculus, so maybe it might be okay..?

Also, for Spanish, are there any professors whom I should try to take courses from? (Or avoid, maybe?)

I would really appreciate any advises and comments by current students!! Thank you. :)

most students generally take 15 credits (or 5 classes) per semester. i think you would be able to handle another class, since the olin experience class is pretty low key.however, it’s really up to you and how much you think you could handle.

Olin Experience seems low key, but it really ends up taking up about one night per week to complete an annoying assignment with your group. From what I hear languages take a lot of time and are difficult.

Most first year business students just take 13.5, but there are still quite a few that take 16.5. I took 13.5 and it was fine, but if you think you might want to take more you can sign up for another class and just drop it after a few weeks if you think its too much.

Thank you so much for your advises! I also heard that the Spanish course is really intense and time consuming, so personally, I think I’ll be fine with 13.5 units. I was just worried that maybe it wasn’t enough. I also changed the schedule (of course it’s not final though) so that I have three classes back to back with each other and only one three-hour gap in a day. (That makes me take four classes in a row on Fridays, but I guess I’ll survive… lol)
