Friend changes his mind about attending Harvard. Is it too late to switch to Yale?

<p>He'd lose his deposit at Harvard and it's way more than likely that Yale has already given away his spot. If it was May 2nd and he was having second thoughts, then maybe. But yup, it's waaaaaaay too late.</p>
