so in college, do you mainly hang out with one group of close friends or do you switch around hanging out with many groups of friends?

I hang out with myself

In high school I hanged out with one group of friends but now I hang out with many groups.

everybody is kind of on their own schedule in college. so in high school you have lunch with pretty much the same people almost every day...but in college that is near impossible..so that in and of itself forces you to hang out with different people.

I pretty much hang out with kids from my high school. The only two kids I met here in college are good friends, but everyone else is stupid.

I hate pretty much everyone I went to high school with, except for about 5 people, and my best friend is the only one I see anymore besides occasionally. I hang out with like, 2 different groups mainly: my swing dance friends, and my UPC (an organization I'm in) friends. Then there are people I met through those people too (people's friends, roommates, etc). I've become good friends with a couple people from my classes and my dorms, but mostly I hang out with people from those two other groups.

high school people are so immature and some are really stuck up

No one from my high school went within 200 miles of my college (and that is only 2 at West Point, the next closest is UNC) so that's a nonissue. I hang out with different groups of people who mostly are all involved in the same few things- politics and band. However, they come from different political and musical groups.

I hang out with my hall mates, a group of friends from outside my hall, and people that I know from back home (not too often and there are only a handful of these people). When I figure out what ECs I want to do I'll probably hang out with people from them too.

I hang out with my wang out.

I hang out with the same group of about 10-15 friends

Group of 8 girls all living together. Met randomly. Also have friends in ballroom, but not much else.

I don't know yet.

I don't know yet.

you'll hang out with a lot of people. some more than others. some you'll meet randomly and not see again for several weeks.

i just have to say that college social structure has been revolutionized by Facebook

You must get a lot of friends that way.

Is there drama going on in college among your friends?
