from cc to cornell

High school stats
GPA: about 3.9 weighted (my senior grade kinda sucked)
took about 8 APs
Good ECs (ex: president of Key Club, Swim team, etc) and okay awards
SAT (2010 CR:670 WR:650 Math:690)
SAT II (Math IIC 700 Korean 800) I don't think they want SAT II from junior transfer

College
GPA:4.0
I have 3 yrs of work experience as a local private academy tutor
Student senator for 2 yrs; ran for Director of Finance but didn't make it :(
Will have taken 6 honors courses by the time i transfer out
Publicist for another club
Fundraising Chair for the only honors society on campus (Alpha Gamma Sigma)
Working on my 4th language (I am fluent in Korean and English, took spanish for about 5 yrs) and I'm taking courses on French next semester.
Award of participation in a school research symposium (30 dollar prize)
Essay contest (3% of 5000 contestants)
Dean's List

I want to apply to the school of hotel management.
Although the school states otherwise, I understand that a student from a cc is not as strong of a candidate as others from more reputable institutions. I also do not have any hotel business or any work experience in the hospitality industry.

MY QUESTION,
is Cornell a reach or a stretch for me?
should I even apply?
Does Cornell require SAT II scores for junior level transfers 2?

Happy Holidays!

no work experience in hotel industry = no chance at hotel school
