From CSU to UC?

I am a high school senior, I have been accepted to Cal Poly slo for business. I’m really excited, but I’m worried that I am going to get bored after a few years. So my question is if its possible to transfer after two years to a UC ( Berkley, LA, or Irvine). If this is possible what are the chances of actually getting in. What would my Cal Poly gpa need to be?

It’s possible! However it may be difficult…Every school is different for your GPA question. I think average transfer gpa for berkeley was 3.7ish.
Also you have to have 60 transferable UC units to transfer i think… so basically you have to have Junior standing by the time you start going to that UC.
I’m actually thinking of doing the same thing!

It is possible but difficult. CSU transfers are behind CCCs, and UCs in priority for admission. You need need a near perfect GPA (3.6 +) for sure and a good personal statement.

Thanks guys, and do you know if they still look at SAT scores? (I did amazingly bad)

Nope, they don’t look at SAT scores!
but they still do look at GPA, Essays, and extra curriculars!
