I am from a lower middle class family ( combined income around 70,000) and a small private school with few kids leaving Tennessee for college

For an asian, your scores are too low. Being from an underrepresented state, you get a small boost. This boost is definitely not enough to cover for the flaws in your app. Your rank and gpa are good. Your act, sat2s, and extra curriculars are not impressive. I would place your chances at 2-3%

Tennessee is not an underrepresented state at Yale, so no bonus for geographic diversity. The kind of high school you attend in East Tennessee, however, could give you a bonus for socioeconomic diversity. Top schools are on the lookout for talented low-income students from underserved high schools. Think rural Mississippi as the paradigm. Your high school is private, and judging by your fine extracurricular activities, I’m guessing it’s not underserved. (Correct me if I’m wrong.) The fact that most of your peers elect to stay close to home for college, standing alone, will not help you out.
