<p>Alright, on this thread I think these kids are full of it. I dont think they can comprehend the economic situation.</p>
<p>First of all, I know some Quest students at Stanford…if you have any specific questions about it. Second, the fact that you have survived your high school experience at all is incredibly impressive and I think colleges will think so as well.</p>
<p>Remember, most of the people on this forum don’t know much of anything about admissions as half of the threads in this section start: “chance me at x,y,z schools because I don’t know if I’ll get in or not…if you do it…I’ll chance you back…because somehow I can say something about a random persons chances of getting into a school.”</p>
<p>I’m seriously thinking of getting another alias and posting the schools I applied to and my stats and seeing how close people get.</p>
<p>Also, on a general/semi-random note, I reject the idea that HYPS/etc schools are a reach for everyone. From my perspective their decisions seem pretty non-random.</p>
