So, I plan to enter a BSM/MFin 4+1 program at Tulane University; that is, four years of undergrad and one year in a master's in finance program. However, I would also like to get an MBA later after a couple of years working. Does it make sense to do so?

C'mon beautiful people. I would like your recommendations.

IMO, it is likely you will need an MBA and it is likely that you won't. It's really hard to predict the future 5-7+ years down the road. I would get your Masters and see what you find yourself doing and what you like about what you are doing.
