From Tulane to Brown: Chances

I'm currently at Tulane. I want to transfer to Brown. I was wait listed last year.

First semester Grades:

Womens studies: A- (3 credits)
Chemistry: A- (3 c)
Music and Culture of New Orleans: A- (1 c)
Math: C+ (4c) -- hopefully I can get this changed to pass/fail w/a medical explination)
Colloqiua: A (hopefully, grade not in yet) (3 c)
Chem Lab: B+ (1 c)

Credit coming in from AP tests for frosh writing, cell bio, and eco bio + lab.

That puts me at a 3.355
If I get the math grade to pass/fail, I've got a 3.729. Either way I'll have a medical explination for my abysmal math grade.

I'm hoping I can get straight A's next semester to pull that GPA up.

At my school, a= 4, a- = 3.67 b+ =3.33 b= 3 c+ = 2.67 etc. no a+

HS stats:

3.96 GPA, public school, top 10%
SAT Verbal: 720
SAT Math: 650
SAT II writing: 700
SAT II Cell Bio: 690
SAT II math IIC: 650

Bio AP: 5

I have GREAT and unusal EC, but mostly from high school. I have a little bit of admissions help from the rugby team, but not much.

Any thoughts on my chances?
