From undergrad program in UK to grad program in US

Since I already know what I want to study and I like to specialize in a single subject, I prefer British BSc and MS system over American counterparts. Yet I think it’s better to come back to CA to get PhD, since British schools will no longer have their advantage over these Californian schools. It’s not a problem to move to UK, since I already have had trouble in US since I move to here. But my ultimate decision to which undergrad unis I will go isn’t yet determined. I actually applied to some American&Canadian universities, for example, such as USC, UCLA, UCB, WM, U of Toronto, U of Michigan, and U of British Columbia. I will decide one uni from those to which I will be accepted and compare it with the one from British unis to which I will be accepted, so that I will finally decide which country to go. If I will show mediocre performance in British admission, I will not go there. But if I will be accepted to ICL, I will definitely go there. Anybody would like to go to an undergrad&master program which is ranked so high and it takes cumulatively two years less to finish. If I will be accepted to both UCLA and ICL, I can’t readily decide it. In that case, (which is ironically ideal situation for me) I would like you guys to give me an answer. Personally, I wants accelerated program like that in UK. Even UCLA’s program looks slow compared with that of Warwick, in terms of majored subject.
