From University of Iowa to University of Michigan

Will any Iowa students be making any trip from iowa city to ann arbor? i am currently looking for a way to visit ann arbor every once in a while..

Vaultipod,

If you do not get any responses here, you might try some of the Facebook pages, for example, the class of 2014 has one:
[Students Admitted to Iowa for Fall 2010 | Facebook](Redirecting...)
and you can find links from there to one for parents, transfer students, class of 2013, etc.

I’d also guess that there are hardcopy and online bulletin boards once you get onto campus for ridesharing.

Good Luck!

At UW Madison 25 years ago there was a “ride board” posted in Union South for this purpose - riders looking for drivers and vice versa. I can’t imagine that there wouldn’t be the same at Iowa, as RWE suggests.

I’d check at the IMU once on campus.

Hi, I will be making trips from The University of Iowa to Michigan ( about an hour from Ann Arbor) every once in a while. Though I will be not going to Ann Arbor as I have no interest in the city or the school within it.

Sorry I will try to be more helpful. Similar to post above I have seen blogs/ pages where students look for rides to certain locations. I will try to find the articles and post it here.

Here is the link:
[iowa city rideshare classifieds - craigslist](http://iowacity.craigslist.org/rid/)

It seems to be still active, I have yet been able to personally look into the information but it was once referred to myself.

where willl you be going to in michigan? it’d be great for any help

I will be going within the Lansing-East Lansing metro. It’s located right within the middle of the state.
