I live three hours from Syracuse in a small city. Highlighted in our Sunday newspaper today was an article about how 490 more new students are coming to Syracuse this year("490 more than expected"). This was apparently unexpected and makes me wonder about overcrowding in dorms, large classes, insufficient staff etc. That's millions more for the university. Has anyone else heard about this and how they will manage to keep the experience worth the large tuition and living expenses?

What I am worried about is that they may well have to accept a LOT less students for next year.
