Frosh/Soph grades matter?

<p>Do grades for freshmen and sophomore grades matter?
how much will they see? (quarter? semester? + midterms/finals?)</p>

<p>what if i moved after my sophomore year to US? (i was outside of US)
do they only look at my junior/senior year grades from my new school?
or the records from my old school (frosh+soph) as well?
