I inadvertently entered Parent 2 information as Parent 1 upon creation of FSA ID. As such, I am getting message that says information does not match whats listed in FAFSA. How do I fix that? Reaching out to all who may have encountered this.

I honestly don’t know! I’m the only parent in this household who has a the FAFSA username and password.
I didn’t think it mattered who was first or,second…so long as the name and SS of the FAFSA ID holder matched one of the parent names on the FAFSA.
@kelsmom will have the better answer.
Thanks @thumper1 . In the interim, DH has just set up and FSA, He never had a PIN prior, so it was not an instant approval to link to DRT for us to proceed with the FAFSA app . This requires (1-3 days). Hopefully, this does not mess anything up further. Hopefully kelsmom or others chime in.
