Will my test scores be detrimental to my test scores? I was hoping that being a first gen American, moving to a new state & school for junior & senior year, and taking Latin would give me a little edge.
Also, some time after I submit my FSU app, I got a call from an admissons worker and I basically got interviewed. She asked me about my extra curriculars and what not. Did that happen to anybody else?

You look like a strong applicant to me. Grades and EC’s are solid and test scores are probably mid range, and First Generation will help. Maybe the interview was to assess your chances for a scholarship. Good luck!

I think you will get accepted. Your GPA is a fit, SAT score in range, and FSU superscores ACT and yours in their ACT range. Would be surprised. All the best! AND congrats on your drive and abilities. Keep going!

Thank you!

Thank you so much! The wait is killing me haha.

Update: I was accepted!

CONGRATS !!!
