When I did searches of previous years FSU acceptance/rejection, some people were able to tell early if they were admitted by logging into their application portal and checking the application fees link. If they were admitted, they had an application fee due. I’ve been religiously checking the link, and yesterday the site went down for ‘daily maintenance’. It was down for over 24 hours, so I assumed that they may be uploading the fees due for the accepted students. It is now back online, and I’m getting the same “no fees due!” message as before. Sooo, not sure if that means my daughter wasn’t accepted, or if I was wrong about them putting the fees on there.
@Ginger256 How did you find the application fees link? My Online Status Check webpage doesn’t say anything about application fees.
@Ginger256 Im pretty sure the fee thing doesn’t mean a thing so don’t worry about it meaning your daughter didn’t get in.
Instead of clicking on Check Your Status, click on Apply Now
Click Freshman and Login
On the upper right click on Application Fees
Put in your Emplid Number and then Make a payment.
It will then tell you if any fees are due.
just checked my D fees and it says no res due but i don’t think it means anything yet- @Ginger256 - lets hope not then

My son got called by a student in the admission office today. The asked him a lot of questions about how this semester is going, about his extra curricular activities, and told him about the classes he would take for his major and about the campus etc. They did not say he was in, but wondering if this is a good sign??? Why would they call two days before the decision date to tell him about the school and learn more about him?
