FSU Class of 2022 Accepted/Rejected

@GigixMeow my son got in through this program too. Please post what admissions says about the program.

There’s no decision in my son’s portal despite submitting all documents in early December.

@ucfdefere A bunch of people including myself have that problem. The best suggestion I’ve seen so far has been to wait until next week to call and sort it out. I also tweeted FSU Admissions and they said to call in a couple days to sort it out.

@cayleejest One of my friends with a 1230 SAT and 4.3 GPA got in for fall.

Was admitted for summer, but my decision letter has no mention of my residency (I’m in-state). It only says “Residency Status: for tuition purposes”. Should I be worried/call to sort it out? Also no mention of financial aid or scholarships, links to housing info or anything.

@enefra I have an issue where it says I’m not a FL resident when I clearly am and I tweeted them and they said to call in a couple days.

I thought the Seminoles Pathways Program was a good opportunity because of the ability to study abroad, but now I’m really confused. I had above average GPA & SAT scores, great ECs with leadership positions, community service, an amazing essay, and multiple hooks. I want to call and talk to admissions but I’m sure they are busy and I’m at work.

@rah5720 oh okay, I’ll do that then. Ty!

I was rejected for Fall. Is my application reconsidered for the summer term? If not, can I appeal for a switch to the summer term? My stats are definitely more on par with the summer profile.

Did you get in?

Did you get in?

@neuroman what were ur stats?

@annabanabelle You have been accepted! You just got spring admit. They don’t give out alot of those! Just 3 or 4 classes at tcc for the 1st semester, then on campus! My son had a 3.51gpa and 1320 sat, he’s doing pathways. They have fsu housing for pathways students.

Anyone get the freshman scholarship?

Got admitted for the Seminole Pathways Program. Seems like a cool idea but does anyone know if the price of the program goes along with the consecutive spring semester or is it just included on top of the total fall/spring tuition? Specifically, the travel abroad programs!

@pbmcdoug

I’ve seen one person who is instate mention Freshman Scholarship. Have been some high stat acceptances with no mention of Freshman Scholarship. Assume you got the OOS waiver - yes??

@asmom my son got Seminole pathways too. I’d love to get some info from you on how housing works and if you thinks it’s affecting his adjustment.

Yeah! I am from Michigan and got the instate waiver, but was hoping for the freshman scholarship. @my2caligirls

My son applied for summer and was accepted today! wGPA 4.1 SAT 1300 He wants to go each summer, graduate in 3 years, then go for an MBA. We applied to UF as well and he’s a legacy at both schools (I got my PhD at FSU and my Bachelors at UF).
