does fsu have a minimum score for the reading ACT???

Good luck everyone

@Luckymesa11 I don’t understand - why are you thinking summer? I think you have great stats. People on here drive themselves crazy overthinking, over-analyzing and listening to people who have 0 more insight than they do.

Thank you for saying that. But it seems like FSU admissions on the Reddit site consistently tell you what the 50% is for summer and 50% for fall and I am just inside the summer range but not high enough for fall . I hope you are right though. I can barely wait til 1/31.

There are advantages to starting in summer. I know people who got accepted for Fall, and chose to start Summer anyway. Good luck to all!

@trisherella You are absolutely right. Starting in the Summer allows the students to familiarize themselves with campus, classes and ease into living away from home. My DS actually prefers to start this summer no matter where he is enrolled. He can’t wait to go to College! Why is summer admission perceived as something “less than” Fall? Being admitted to highly competitive FSU and other schools a great achievement no matter your path. And you have to take that summer session at some point…

My son was accepted for Fall but I think it would’ve benefited him to start in the summer. It took him a few months to really feel comfortable on campus! Starting in summer would’ve been an easier transition.

Just wanted to say good luck to everyone. My daughter likes FSU but she applied late. So we will have to wait longer. But wanted to say good luck!

what time are decisions released? are they only email or only logging on through portal?

@user7531 You will receive an email telling you an update has been made to your portal;. Then you will log into your portal to receive your decision. No definite time has been announced but past announcements have been early evening

Getting close! Good luck y’all!
