<p>I am currently taking classes at a community college and am hoping to transfer into FSU FIlm. I've heard about how difficult the acceptance rate is, and some serious feedback would be greatly appreciated.
My academic standings are low (3.1 GPA, 1135 SAT, no ACT), but my passion for film is immense. I (along with three others) created, mandated, and successfully pulled off a film festival at the independent theater in my town. I was heavily involved with my High School's TV Production Course for four years. I've worked at a cinema for five, and my dvd collection is 600+. I know that academically I am out of my league, but do they ever make exceptions?</p>
<p>i dont know too much about the film school at fsu but i know that its competitive and it only allows like 35 or so students a year to get in. if anything hurts you it will be your g.p.a. but your resume is really good. all you can do is hope for the best =)</p>
