FSU or UCF for engineering ?

Does anyone have opinions to help me make a decision between the two? Thanks

No one has any ideas/opinons??

They're both good schools with solid engineering. I think their location is usually the deciding factor for most students.

USF has some decent programs too. But UF has the best engineering in the state.

Thanks, I'm not really crazy about the public colleges in Fl but it's gotten so competitive to get in. I was deferred for regular decision first round for UF and am now looking at making the choice between FSU and UCF. Just wanted to get other people's opinions on both schools.

Also curious about this, anybody else with knowledge on engineering in these two schools?

Engineering and UCF is growing tremendously, our third building will be done in time for fall. It is a huge program and we have excellent placement and internship opportunities. I know FSU/FAMU E is ranked higher than UCF, it is a shared school. I think the differences between the programs as far as quality goes are negligible. Some people dont like FSU's classic collegiate looking campus with buildings spread out, some people don't like UCF's uber-modern circular approach to campus design. I love Tallahassee, some people hate it, and vice versa. Visit first...they are 4 hours away from each other (UF is in the dead center)
