Which would be better for Engineering?

University of Florida. UF engineering is ranked 25th overall (graduate) by USNEWS

University of Florida, no matter what the major...except for Film and Music...in which case, FSU.

I was actually going to be in engineering at FSU (which is a joint program between FSU and FAMU) if I didnt get accepted into UF :)

third UF, no question.

Alexandre, That is terrible advice: go to UF no matter the major. You think the meterology program at UF is better than FSU? Certainly not.

You think the Criminology program is better at UF? Certainly not.

There are plenty more examples - but that is irresponsible advice. Please do some homework before you make such claims.

Education, for one. FSU is the home of the Florida Center for Reading Research, an acknowledged leader nationally.

For engineering, though, Alexandre is absolutely spot on. (Agree with film and music, too. :) )

hehe, kinda ironic isnt it since florida public schools are some of the worst in the nation :P

The distance between idea and implementation is often vast indeed.... ;)
