Hey I'm finishing up sophomore year with a 3.3 unweighted gpa and a 3.6 recalculated gpa;130 hours; and involved in key club and church counselouring program during the summer; ranked 115/726 in my class.
I was wondering if I still have a chance and any TIPS to make it into UF with junior year left and that first semester of senior year before you turn in transcripts

If you can bring up your UFGPA to a 4.0+…

FSU: Aim for 1800+/26+ (bring your weighted GPA to a 3.8+ as well)
UF: Aim for 2000+/29+ (bring your UFGPA to 4.0+ if at all possible)

A 4.0 is a little under the average for uf right? Although a 2000 is little above the sat average?

Also, does the elective psychology count towards your recalculated gpa? It was just one semester and wasn’t ap, IB, honors etc.

I know the average of the UF matriculants is like ~4.1 while a 2000 is a little above the average. But this is really how to make the best out of what you currently have.
