I’m extremely conflicted. I’ve narrowed down my choices to FSU and UCF but I don’t know where to go. I like UCF because it’s close to home, in orlando, and there seems to be a lot of life on campus. However, it’s HUGE. I got lost today and walked around in circles for 20-30 minutes. On the other side there’s FSU, which seems a bit calmer to me (I know there’s still a lot of life on campus) but it’s pretty far away.
I want to major in pre-med (I’d have to do biology and then pre-med would be on the side). I’ve heard really good things about UCF’s medical/pre-med programs but I haven’t heard much about FSU. Anyways, any thoughts or personal experiences with either university? Thanks!
You can get a fine education at either. Dont worry about UCFs size…it is laid out in a very logical fashion, and u wud find your way around quickly. Their biggest differences would be the surrounding neighborhoods and the bigger sports of FSU.
First, Premed is not a major. You can however be on a premed track by taking the required courses. Either school can provide a good education. Take another visit to FSU and see what your gut tells you. Good luck!
