Full List of Restaurants at Cornell?

ok, even though I'm already a student there, I can't/too lazy to recall every single restaurant on the campus...

soo...can anyone put a comprehensive list up? My little brother wants it lol. He wants to know stuff like Panda Express, Wendys, Taco Bell, etc etc

Holy shi*.

OK - This is a big chore considering Ithaca is rumored to have more restaurants per capita than Manhattan.

Try dining.14850.com, but that site is missing a lot of restaurants.

You can definitely eat well in ithaca.

Yeah Ithaca's supposed to have the most restaurants per capita in the world. If you want just the dining establishments ON CAMPUS, go to dining.cornell.edu. I think there's only like three that aren't actually part of Cornell dining: Gimme coffee somewhere (in a library or something), and of course Louie's Lunch and Hot Truck.

Also, temple of zeus is not owned by cornell. It's in the basement of Goldwin smith Hall.

Gimme Coffee is available in the statler, and is also available outside of Mann library off the Ag Quad.

i'm thinking about going to cornell so this could be useful information...as long as there is a taco bell i think i'll be able to survive lol =P

There is a taco bell and other fast food down near wegmans (not in walking distance) and plenty of fast food at the pyramid mall (you can take the bus, but still not in walking distance). There is great food in collegetown including, collegetown bagels, collegetown pizza, pita pit, subway, alladins (med/greek food), starbucks, a bunch of asian restaurants, that burrito place (think chipotle), and a few other sit down places. There are nice restaurants to sit down at in the commons, including Thai, american cuisine, fushion, tapas, etc.

The best restaurants are John Thomas Steakhouse, The Heights, Madellines, Willow. A few other notables are Za Zas, Olivia's.

Here's a list of the walkable places from campus (collegetown, pretty much):

http://www.visitithaca.com/dining/dining.cfm

cafe pacific is now called Koko's and they have a cotton candy machine :)

also, consider campusfood for your favorites like dp dough and wings over ith.

you mean collegetown cafe is now called koko's (and is probably the "Some korean/japanese place" mentioned on adcornell's list). cafe pacific (used to be eat dessert first) is still around.

oh yeah. lol, i always call it EDF lol

What's the best Thai place? Litte Thai House, Taste of Thai, Taste of Thai Express, or Thai Cuisine. I need me some Pat Thai! (for when I come w/ my parents come b4 orientation starts). Or if you could describe any of the 4 that would be great! Thnx!

Taste of Thai is like a legit restaurant, i'd probably go there. The commons are pretty cool to ponder for a little.

thai cuisine is the best one. Bangkok isn't bad either. Taste of thai express delivers

uh oh, let's have a Thai fight!

if you want taste of thai, do it for lunch. much much cheaper and the portions aren't that much smaller than dinner. in all my time at cornell i have never eaten at little thai house so I can't comment. my favorite asian restaurant in CT was asian noodle house and their pad thai is great, but so is their rice, soy sauce noodle, duck, and my favorite appetizer Malaysian Roti.

and don't forget Sticky Rice, which is next to Dominoes near the commons. Apart from Thai Cuisine, they have the best Thai food. Truly the best.

www.campusfood.com is extremely useful for take out.
