Merit based scholarship covering FULL FEE

Bump…are there any??

North Carolina State University: Park Scholarship
Duke has several.

Editing to add: you will have to check to see if these are open to international students. I missed that part of your question the first time.

You need to take this question to the International Students Forum. Someone there may have an answer for you. [International Students - College Confidential](International Students - College Confidential Forums)

You also could take it to the counselors at the advising center of [EducationUSA | Study Abroad, Student Visa, University Fairs, College Applications and Study in the U.S. / America](http://www.educationusa.info/) that is closest to you.

The service academies offer this to every matriculant.

prob have to be a citizen to qualify for service academies, no?

What are your stats.

I don’t know any that provide for misc and personal expenses and travel costs
